4. Fees and Payments

Pulse2Pay charges a fee for each successful transaction processed through our platform. Current fees are displayed on our pricing page and may be subject to change with notice. All fees are deducted from the payment amount before settlement.

6. Non-Custodial Service

Pulse2Pay operates as a non-custodial service. We do not hold or store your cryptocurrency. Payments are transferred directly to your designated wallet address after blockchain confirmation. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pulse2Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
